Oldmile Palace Hotel Istanbul

Excellent location, safe neighborhood, close to tram station and main attractions, many restaurants and shops nearby, very clean.

Nothing could have been better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The cleanliness was great, with the rooms and facilities being impeccably maintained. The hotel also had great facilities, including a terrace with beautiful views. the location was perfect. It was conveniently close to public transport, such as the metro that takes you to the main shopping streets, and there were plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. the breakfast provided was the best I've encountered, with a wide variety of delicious pastries, fruits, and local specialties. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with a large luggage locker. The staff, especially Adem, are friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any questions or needs. The hotel provides complimentary tea and cups, and there is a fridge and boiler in the room. it feels like a home away from home.

I really enjoyed the free breakfast at the hotel, it was a nice way to start the day without having to worry about finding a meal. The location of the hotel was also great, being in the heart of the historical part of the city meant that all the important attractions were within walking distance. I loved being able to explore the area without having to rely on public transportation or taxis. the terrace at the hotel was a great spot to relax and people-watch, especially in the evenings with a cup of Turkish tea in hand.

the shower room always seemed to be flooded with water, a bit inconvenient and messy.

The location is perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore all the tourist sights within a short walk. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with a big locker under the bunk bed and a private toilette. The breakfast served on the rooftop is a lovely touch, with beautiful views to start your day.

The hotel could improve on a few minor aspects, but overall everything was more than satisfactory.

There might be a slight issue with dampness on the ceiling, but overall it does not significantly impact the overall experience.
